Frequently Asked Questions

Play

  • What ages can play here?

    • Any age can play in our space so long as the child is not damaging equipment or harming others, but our play equipment is best suited to ages 0-8.

  • Do I need socks?

    • Socks are required in the main play area. This applies to adults and children. We recommend bringing socks with grips on the bottom to avoid slips and falls. If you do not bring socks, we will have some available for purchase.

  • How long can I stay during open play?

    • We do not have a strict time limit. You may stay as long as open hours continue that day. However, you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the same day (excluding members).

  • Can I share my membership with others?

    • No, the membership is associated with the caregivers and children that have signed waivers on the account. Each child in our play area needs to have a signed waiver, therefore an active account. If you have multiple children, there are membership options to include all children in the family.

Party

  • How many guests can I invite to my party?

    • Non-private parties have a total capacity of 30 (15 children max).

    • Private parties have a total capacity of 50 (25 children max).

  • How much time do I have to set up?

    • A 30 minute set up time is included in your reservation.

  • Can I bring my own food and cake?

    • Yes, we encourage you to bring your own choice of food and cake as neither are provided in the basic packages. If you need a connection to a local baker, we can connect you to the baker that provides our cakes and pastries for the store.

  • How long can my party stay?

    • Party hosts and guests are required to leave promptly at the end of their rental time. This allows for staff to appropriately clean up and prepare for the next event. Staff will provide time reminders throughout the party to keep things on track. If guests would like to stay in our play space after the conclusion of the party, they will need to use a play pass or scan their membership for re-entry.

  • Can I bring any kind of decorations, including a Piñata?

    • For the most part, yes. During the booking process, you will be asked about theme and decor needs. If you plan on bringing anything that requires being hung or affixed, you will need to discuss it with staff before hand. We allow piñatas as long as there is no excessive glitter or confetti and the contents that come out are easy to gather/clean. If you are unsure, please email us!

Cafe

  • What kind of coffee do you serve?

    • All of our coffee and espresso options are locally roasted at Lowcountry Coffee Roasters. Our roast selections change based on season and availability. We always try to offer decaf options.

    • Our cafe serves drip coffee and hand-crafted espresso beverages.

  • Do you serve anything other than coffee?

    • Yes, we serve tea and milk based beverages. There are also pre-packaged items available for purchase.

  • Where do you get your baked goods?

    • Our pastry items are provided by local bakers KP's Blessed Bakery Bites and Masons Bakery. We aim to provide fresh local products and are committed to supporting other small businesses as much as possible.

  • Can I bring in outside food?

    • Snacks and water/juice/milk for your kiddos is okay, however we also offer similar items for purchase. Please do not bring in full meals to be consumed in our space (birthday parties excluded).
